WR-AFLCMC intends to issue a delivery order under GSA contract FA8540-13-F-0001 to Tektronix Inc. for a real-time spectrum analyzer. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
