This robot automates the processing of RNA into amplified products with adapters, ready to input to our Illumina sequencer. Due to the high number of clients reliant on these instruments, they must be maintained to a high performance level, and repaired to this state when they fail. Instruments are predisposed to frequent service needs. The service provider will need to inventory an array of replacement parts and specialized equipment for the specific needs of each instrument.
