Allproducts shall conform in design, strength, quality of material and workmanship to current industrystandards.(d) Each bid shall be accompanied by a copy of any applicable manufacturer's Published Price List orwebsite, and two copies of the manufacturer's descriptive literature and specifications or website,including a copy of the manufacturer's standard warranty.(e) All equipment and accessories shall comply with regulations of the Federal Occupational Safetyand Health Administration (OSHA) and the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration(Cal/OSHA), whichever is more restrictive.
