Product Supplies

The City of Prince Albert is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of a wide range of concession-related products and supplies for the period spanning September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. Bidders may choose to compete for individual product categories including frozen beef, frozen chicken, frozen ribs, processed meat, french fries and onion rings, fresh produce, groceries and condiments, dairy products, ice cream, beef jerky and chips, candy and chocolate bars, baking bread products, breakfast items, bar mix, paper supplies and sundry items, water, and cotton candy. Participation is mandatory on a category-by-category basis, meaning bidders must submit pricing for all items within a selected category to be considered for award in that category. The contract will be awarded separately for each category based on the submitted bids. All responses must be submitted through the City’s electronic bidding system at vendorpanel.ca/citypa/tenders, where interested parties are required to register free of charge to access solicitation documents, submit questions, receive updates, and file bids. The deadline for submissions is August 14, 2026. The tender is issued under solicitation number 54-26 and is managed by the Saskatchewan Public Sector with Tim Earing as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
