The contract mandates strict adherence to technical and quality requirements referenced via R and I numbers from the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, including SAE AS9100 for non-tailored higher-level quality standards and tailored contract quality requirements. Production lot sample testing is mandatory and conducted by the Government using ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2008, Level S-2, with any sample failure resulting in rejection of the entire production lot.
