PRODUCTION LOT TESTING

The quality management system must adhere to ISO 9001:2015 without tailoring, and inspections and acceptance occur at the contractor’s facility per FAR 52.246-2. The contract imposes comprehensive cybersecurity, supply chain, and ethical compliance obligations under multiple DFARS clauses, including mandatory implementation of NIST SP 800-171 controls, reporting of cyber incidents under 252.204-7012, and prohibition of procurement of covered telecommunications equipment from designated foreign vendors under 252.204-7018. Contractors must also comply with requirements for safeguarding covered defense information, limiting disclosure of reported cyber incident data, and informing employees of whistleblower rights.
