PRODUCTION LOT TESTING

The contract involves the production lot testing of 15 units identified by NSN 0001S00000062 under Solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-13QJ, with a delivery requirement of 358 days after contract award. The contractor must conduct and document comprehensive production lot testing in accordance with the technical data package, and submit a labeled Production Lot Test Report that includes the contract and lot/item numbers. This report, along with all supporting documentation such as DD Form 1222 and DD Form 250/iRAPT signed by the Quality Assurance Representative, a copy of the contract or order, actual test results and tolerances, material and process certifications, operation and inspection method sheets, and clearly marked manufacturing drawings with restricted disclosure labels, must accompany each shipment.
