AI Contract Overview
This contract is for the procurement of 17 units of 2 inch nominal pipe size socket-weld flanges manufactured from 90/10 Cuni copper alloy. Designed for a maximum operating pressure of 150 PSI for gas, water, and oil, the components must adhere to MIL-PRF-20042 and MSS SP-9 for spot facing and back facing requirements. Key physical specifications include a nominal flange diameter of 5.563 inches, a bolt circle diameter of 4.438 inches, and a thickness of 0.438 inches. The items are produced via a metal casting process requiring specific tooling and must undergo production lot testing according to SQAP00-471-5319. Quality assurance is governed by MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with DCMA inspection required for specific characteristic tolerances. The contract mandates strict compliance with CMMC Level 2 certification and the protection of covered defense information.
