Notice of Intent to Sole Source – ANARK Software Licenses, Maintenance, and Support
Solicitation # N68520-26-RFPREQ-Pf002LOGIT-0101
The Department of Defense, through the Fleet Readiness Center, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to Anark Corporation for software licenses, maintenance, and support services. This procurement supports the Aviation Product Lifecycle Management program and the Additive Manufacturing/Digital Thread initiative by enabling the generation of 3D PDF files from various CAD models, including CREO, INVENTOR, SOLIDWORKS, and NX. The scope includes subscriptions for Anark Core Server and Workstation applications, PDM integrations for Windchill and Teamcenter, and an SDK for developer teams. Additionally, the contract provides an option for professional services through Anark Enhanced Support Services to assist with technical operations and software configuration. The estimated contract value is 441,000 dollars, with a five-year period of performance running from September 16, 2026, to September 15, 2031. The place of performance is St James, Maryland, and the procurement is classified under NAICS code 541519 and PSC DA10. Because Anark Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer of this proprietary software, the award is justified under FAR 6.103-1(b). While this is a notice of intent to sole source, the government is accepting capability statements from responsible sources, including authorized resellers, until September 3, 2026, to determine if competitive procurement is viable.
