The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems & Sensors (LM MS2), Owego, New York. The anticipated order will be to authorize LMSI to perform or provide all the necessary efforts required to evaluate and repair necessary MH-60R and MH-60S Government Furnished Equipment into a serviceable condition. LMSI is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60 aircraft. Numbered Note 22 applies.
