Scope: The City of Beverly Hills, California (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to provide independent auditing services for the City’s financial statements for Fiscal Years (FY) 2026‑27, 2027‑28, and 2028‑29, with two optional one‑year extensions for FY 2029‑30 and FY 2030‑31, subject to notification to the Audit and Finance Committee.
