Professional, Consulting Services and Certain Goods

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is issued by the National Art Centre (NAC), to select firms for the purpose of establishing a Vendor of Record List (“VOR List”) for the provision of Professional, Consulting Services and Certain Goods on an as needed basis for various departments throughout the NAC. It is the intention of NAC to access the Services through the VOR List for the provision of Services on an “as-and-when needed” basis using a second stage selection process. The intent of the VOR List is to provide NAC with an effective means to procure the required skills or goods from the marketplace to address these short-term support needs from May 2023, up to and including August 2025. This RFSQ will not guarantee a minimum volume of work to any successful Respondent.The documents on https://nac-cna.bonfirehub.ca/ are the official source of information on all bids for the National Art Centre. Documents attained from other sources will not be recognized during the bid and award process.
