The 2nd Canadian Division (2 Cdn Div) is looking for a service provider to meet the needs related to mandated programs for units and formations in the Quebec region. A total of 11 sessions between October and December 2023 are required. The sessions will take place in Gatineau, Montreal, and garrison Valcartier.
The service provider must offer a pictorial conference, in both English and French, where the emotions will be presented in an obvious way to the participants. It’s not a question of presenting a conference on the theory behind Operational Stress Injury (OSI) but to present the emotions experienced by different groups in the environment of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) who live with or relate with OSI. This conference must be developed from testimonies representing the reality experienced by members of the CAF throughout their career. Speakers need to be able to highlight the traumatic events in members' careers that led to an OSI. The goal is for participants to feel the reality experienced by each member of the military organization struggling with an OSI situation.
