The PELSS BPA was awarded to GST on May 19, 2021, under the General Services Administration (GSA)

The PELSS BPA provides the TSA Security Capabilities (SC) formerly Acquisition Program Management (APM) and Requirements & Capabilities Analysis (RCA) with PELSS in the broader categories of system design, engineering, and integration; integrated logistics support; and acquisition and life-cycle management.
