Bids must be submitted electronically via pennbid.bonfire.com by June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST, following a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 18, 2026, at the same time. Each bid must include a bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount and cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after bid opening. The contractor must provide comprehensive warranties, submittals including shop drawings and product data, and adhere to strict packaging, preservation, and labeling requirements for all materials, ensuring they are delivered in original manufacturer packaging with intact labels and stored in weather-protected, climate-controlled environments. All payments are processed through the Brentwood Borough Pay Application, with retainage withheld until final acceptance. The contract does not specify fixed contract value or unit pricing, leaving pricing to be determined by bidders, and no federal invoicing systems or accounting codes are referenced.
