This solicitation seeks to gather information and feedback from potential vendors for the modernization of a Professional Licensing and Registration System in Utah. It is structured as a Request for Information (RFI), intended to help the agency determine whether to proceed with an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. The RFI serves to generate interest and gather vendor input prior to formal procurement but does not constitute a purchasing process or create any contractual obligations. Communication must be conducted through official responses to the RFI or during the designated question and answer period, with no direct vendor contact allowed. The solicitation, identified by number LD26-12, was posted on May 18, 2026, with a response deadline of June 16, 2026. The RFI is issued by the State of Utah, with the point of contact being Laurel Delagerheim via email. The project focuses on updating the state's professional licensing and registration infrastructure. Any information submitted is protected under relevant privacy regulations and, importantly, a response to this RFI does not form an offer or binding contract. The state will follow standard procurement processes or applicable exceptions before making any purchase or contractual commitments.
