The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions has issued a notice of intent for a sole-source professional services purchase from the New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness. The proposed contract is valued at 850,000.00 dollars for a one-year term spanning from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. This procurement is justified based on the organization's unique expertise, specifically for the administration of a CoC Planning Grant. The scope of work focuses on critical statewide initiatives, including CoC coordination, the development of a By Name List, and the management of HMIS data infrastructure through the Awards platform. Additionally, the contract covers the provision of technical assistance for regional hubs. As this is a notice of intent under NMSA 1978 Section 13-1-126, the contract is not yet executed, and alternative sources may be submitted within 15 calendar days of the notice.
