PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE INTEGRATED CORRECTIONAL PROGRAM MODEL (ICPM)
This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Quebec East-West District – Abitibi Region.
Trade agreement: This procurement is not subject to any trade agreement.
Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Competitive Procurement Strategy: The lowest priced compliant bid.

Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is looking for a Contractor that specializes in group and individual intervention to provide intervention services to federal offenders in community with various needs. The Contractor must intervene with offenders with the following problematics: sexual delinquency, substance addiction, general or domestic violence or structured criminal behavior.
Objectives: Provide intervention services to the federal offenders in community with the following problematics: sexual delinquency, substance abuse, general or domestic violence, or structured criminal behaviour.
Deliverables: The Contractor must provide, as and when needed, intervention services to federal offenders in community with various needs. These services include, but are not limited to, preparation to the program’s delivery, program delivery and preparation of report. The Contractor must provide services from his professional office.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Standing Offer Period and Time of Delivery: The work will be performed during the period from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 inclusively, with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year optional periods.
