The objective of this work is to review the Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) program service delivery in its entirety to identify improvements related to people, processes and technology, and to support the development of a roadmap to achieve the current Continuous Improvement agenda, and future-state objectives related to CPPD delivery. The services of a professional consulting team are required to guide and support Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)’s CPPD Continuous Improvement team with the service delivery approach review and redesign. Within the option period, the services of a professional consulting team will be required to support CPPD with the implementation of the new service delivery approach.
