Description of Work: Transport Canada (TC) has a requirement for One (1) Project Executive Level 3 to provide subject matter expertise in designated areas to the Digital Services Directorate’s (DSD) Executive Director IT Service Management (ITSM), including providing advice and guidance on initiatives of both strategic and operational importance in support of ITSM’s ability to effectively deliver IT services to the department. Resource Deliverables including: i. Development of a cost recovery system with ongoing optimizations to enable cost recovery of printing costs from TC business clients. ii. Recommendations and optimizations for the print environment nationally to facilitate transition to the future Managed Print Services (MPS) environment iii. Successful transition to the new MPS environment nationally within planned timeframes. iv. Ongoing progress reporting to TC management including ad-hoc cost-benefit analyses and cost projections as the transition proceeds. v. Development and implementation of a cost recovery system for TC’s new national MPS environment vi. Concept Cases for new IT projects based using Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) templates and guidelines. vii.
