Description of the Requirement: DFO-CCG requires the professional services of a senior Project Leader/Executive and an intermediate Project Administrator to provide project and change management support to DFO regional executives and staff through the implementation stages of the Pacific Salmon Strategy Initiative. Applicable Trade Agreements: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canada Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement (CHFTA), Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPATPP), Canada-UK Trade Continuity Agreement (CUK-TCA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2026 with Three (3) additional one (1) year OPTIONS.
