Program Upgrade Development License

The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Gallium InterMAPhics software on a sole source basis. Gallium has the software license, service and training for the developmental license, documentation on a CD and one year use of technical support hotline to support the upgrade required for the current operator display system was originally used to support the mission. Using something other than Gallium InterMAPhics will cause compatibility and performance problems under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals In Accordance with FAR 6.301(d) the Government will consider any proposal received by the due date for this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
