Programmable Logic Controller Hardware Upgrade

This contract is for a brand-name procurement of Schneider Electric Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) automation hardware upgrades for the NASA Glenn Research Center, with delivery required at Cleveland, Ohio, 44135. The acquisition is strictly limited to new, non-refurbished equipment that exactly matches the make and model currently in use, and all hardware must be delivered in its original packaging. Only vendors certified through the Schneider Electric Alliance Industrial Automation Distributor (IAD) program are eligible to respond, and this certification is a mandatory pass/fail requirement for award consideration. The solicitation is structured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 334519, requiring all offerors to be registered in SAM.gov and to meet small business size standards.
