The Army Contracting Command, Tobyhanna Division, is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Programmable Stripping Machine. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responsible firms believing they can provide the complete requirements of the Programmable Stripping Machine must contact the Contract Specialist identified below in writing within six (6) days of this notice and submit a capability package which will be reviewed for consideration.
