Project Bobcat

The City of Merced is advancing Project Bobcat, a proposed 152,000-square-foot warehouse facility on a 27.50-acre site located at 3254 and 3260 E. Childs Avenue within a General Plan Industrial designation and Heavy Industrial zoning classification.
