This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for an Unrestricted Solicitation and Award for Remedial Action efforts at the Ley Creek Deferred Media portion of the General Motors-Inland Fisher Guide Subsite, Onondaga Lake Superfund Site, Operable Unit 2 (OU2), Onondaga County, NY.
