POSTING NOTICE Address: THE GOVERNING COUNCIL OF THE UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO c/o University Planning, Design & Construction, Project Management 255 McCaul Street, 4th floor Toronto, Ontario Canada, M5T 1W7 Attention: Tender Administrator Procurement Method: Open tender whereby all interested suppliers may submit a response. Description: Successful Proponent will provide project management services for the Temerty Building for the Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the St. George campus (the “Project”). The Successful Proponent will report to University Planning, Design & Construction (UPDC) Executive Director, or delegate, and be supported by internal UofT resources, when required. The Project has completed the validation phase is complete, Project Management Services are required for the Remainder of the Project including through the Design implementation phase through the commissioning / occupancy phase. Estimated Quantities: Available within the tender documents. Submission Details: Proponents shall submit their bids to the address listed above.
