TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement This requirement is for: Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following categories: • 3.1 Project Administrator, Intermediate Level (1) • 3.2 Project Manager, Junior Level (1) • 3.2 Project Manager, Intermediate Level (1) • 3.3 Project Leader/Executive, Senior Level (2) The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. Description of the Requirement: The objective for the Project Management Services is to provide support to the National Accommodations Directorate who has presently a requirement for five (5) resources on various Category under Stream 3 to provide coordination, liaison, management of the implementation and delivery of Accommodation projects to modernize workspace and implement GC Workplace solutions for Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) and Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). In addition some resources may be required in various region such as, but not limited to, British Columbia, Alberta, Winnipeg and Atlantic. Furthermore, following the adoption of a common hybrid model and as prescribed by the Treasury Board of Canada where employees are required to work onsite a minimum of 2-3 days per week (40% - 60% of their work schedule) both ISC and CIRNAC must accelerate the retrofit of some workspace in order to provide a modern, flexible and healthy work environment. Due to the nature of the work, the Contractor must be ready to work in close and frequent contact with CIRNAC and ISC personnel, central agencies and other government departments.
