This requirement is for one (1) 3.2 Senior (Level 3) Project Manager and one (1) 3.4 Intermediate (Level 2) Project Planner resources to assist in the developing the Sustainment Business Case Analysis (SBCA) for the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS) and Joint Support Ship (JSS) In Service Support (AJISS) Contract.
