Projection System including Installation & Training

The Abilene Independent School District is seeking proposals for a comprehensive Projection System including Installation & Training, with a solicitation number of 010, 25-26, issued on May 22, 2026, and with a strict submission deadline of 11:00 a.m. on June 8, 2026. Technical specifications demand a camera-based calibration system for brightness and color uniformity, synchronized frame delivery, and full-dome playback using a single encode format without custom site-specific encoding. The scope includes full installation, on-site training for staff in playback, show creation, and real-time execution, as well as ongoing no-cost remote training and professional development webinars. All proposals must be submitted as fixed-price bids inclusive of all costs, overhead, and profit, with annual service, support, software upgrades, and media premiums priced separately but locked at fixed annual rates. Vendors must comply with extensive administrative, legal, and ethical requirements, including completion of a Form W-9 for tax identification, a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire per Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176, certification that they do not boycott Israel as required by Texas Government Code Chapter 2271, and affirmation that they neither engage in DEI duties that influence hiring based on race, sex, color, or ethnicity, nor are listed as having contracts with foreign terrorist organizations.
