Synopsis: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates issuing a (4) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the contractor(s) found capable of meeting the Government's requirements for Propane Gas and Delivery Service as outlined in the Statement of Work. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services.
