SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Propane Gas and Related Services Beale Air Force Base, CA 1. Introduction: The 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing propane gas and related services in support of base operations. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote (RFQ). No contract will be awarded as a result of this notice. 2. Purpose: This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. 3. Description of Services: The Government requires propane gas delivery, tank maintenance, and tank replacement/purchase services at Beale AFB, CA. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform these services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Key requirements include: Propane Delivery: Delivery to tanks ranging from 500 to 10,000 gallons. Monitoring and maintaining fuel levels to prevent depletion. Provision of signed delivery slips. Tank Maintenance: Routine and preventive maintenance on government-owned propane tanks. Response to maintenance requests (24 hours) and emergencies (4 hours). Inspections for corrosion, leaks, and regulatory compliance. Tank Purchase/Replacement: Purchase and installation of new tanks compliant with NFPA 58 and DOT regulations.
