The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) seeks a company to perform maintenance service of three properties (Chancery building, Official Residence and Residential Compound). The objective of the maintenance services is to provide regularly scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance as well as repairs to the buildings and equipment and systems. The Contractor will be responsible to inspect, maintain and repair the properties of the High Commission of Canada in Tanzania, in Dar es Salaam as well as the equipment and systems. The Contractor will be required to remain on-call to address any emergencies that may arise.
A site visit will be held at 26 Garden Avenue/38 Mirambo Street, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on November 4, 2024 at 13:00 Eastern Africa Time.
A conference will be held virutally November 4, 2024 at 15:00 Eastern Africa Time. Bidders who attend the site visit will be able to attend the conference at the High Commission.
Bidders are requested to confirm their attendance with Canada’s Representative no later than 5 working days before the conference and site visit and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend.
