The purpose of this posting is twofold. First, a consolidated Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) is provided to Industry which includes all non-proprietary comments submitted in response to the PTES Draft RFP, and the Government's resolution of those comments (Tab 1). Proprieatary comments will be responded to via email directly to prospective Offerors. Updated versions of the Draft RFP documents are also included alongside the original Draft RFP documents released on 8 December 2017 to allow for traceability of the changes made (Attachments). Technical documents will be uploaded to the LiveLink Bidder's Library as they are updated, and will be available in the folder titled, "UPDATED Draft RFP Documents." Second, Industry is provided instructions regarding access and delivery of Classified documents required to respond to the PTES Final RFP (Tab 2). The Government intends to vet prospective Offerors prior to Final RFP release to ensure Classified documents are available at the time of Final RFP release. Vendors who anticipate submitting a proposal as a Prime Contractor are invited to request a one-on-one session with the PTES Program Office prior to Final RFP release (projected 12 Mar 2018).
