This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (DRFP) for planning purposes only. The Space and Missile Systems Center, Military Satellite Communications Systems (MILSATCOM) Directorate, located at Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is seeking information in support of the Protected Tactical Enterprise Service (PTES) acquisition. The purpose of this announcement is to obtain feedback on the DRAFT RFP. The information is being sought to assist the Government in developing a solicitation that maximizes the benefits of full and open competition for a best value award. Inputs from the DRFP (using the attached Comment Matrix) will be a critical component in shaping the requirements, proposals instructions, and the evaluation methodology of the Final RFP.
