Full Description

Scope of work is to: [1] Provide and install new N+1 Isolated Redundant Generator complete with Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and appurtenances; [2] Provide and install new switchgear assembly compatible with the dedicated generator and N+1 generator for automatic switching; [3] Provide and construct new concrete mounting pad; [4] Building expansion to accommodate N+1 generator, approximately 24-ft x 16-ft, complete with concrete footings, columns beams and roof system, masonry walling, aluminum louvered windows, aluminum doors and concrete pad.
