Full Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to contract with The Myers-Briggs Company to provide Myers-Briggs Company Type Indicator (MBTI) Certification Program training in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Brief Description of Requirement: The vendor will teach participants how to professionally and ethically administer and interpret the MBTI assessment. This certification program will be delivered on-site at Maxwell AFB, Gunter AFB, or via Zoom if conditions warrant. Location and delivery method will be determined by current situations at time of scheduling. MBTI will be used within Air University and other Air Force organizations in support of leadership development for Air Force Airmen and Space Force Guardians. The program shall be taught by a Myers-Briggs Company Certification Program Facilitator. The program shall provide instruction in personality type theory and key MBTI applications such as team development and leadership development. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive an MBTI Step I and Step II Certification certificate and be eligible to purchase, administer and use all MBTI Step I and Step II assessment reports.
