The Contractor provides the Middle East Bureau (MEB) and its Operating Units (OUs) and implementing partners access to high quality and timely monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) services to improve development outcomes. Specifically, under this task order deliverables issued under this task order include: a) Third-party monitoring, evaluation, and assessments as required by ADS 201; b) Data analytics tools; c) Strategic facilitation; d) Performance management database technical support; e) Conference and meeting support; and f) Learning products for use with USAID activities and projects, including information for management decisions and the design of evidence-based programming.
