Provision for Lee Valley Sewardstone Campsite Landscaping & Associated Works

The Lee Valley Regional Park Authority has awarded a contract to Holcim UK Limited for landscaping and associated works at the Lee Valley Campsite located on Sewardstone Road in Chingford. The project focuses on expanding the site's capacity by creating 10 new static caravan pitches, which will be achieved through the relocation of six existing pitches and the clearance of approximately 1300 square meters of scrub. To support this expansion, the contractor will develop two new access roads, as well as dedicated parking spaces and pedestrian footpaths for a total of 18 static caravans. The total value of the contract is 245,919.32 GBP excluding VAT. Work is estimated to take place over a performance period beginning December 1, 2026, and concluding on April 30, 2027. This award, identified by solicitation number LVRPA2026/17, ensures the necessary infrastructure and land preparation are completed to facilitate the increased number of caravan pitches at the Sewardstone location.
