This requirement is for: Correctional Service Canada, Archambault (minimum, medium), Regional Reception Centre, Federal Training Center, and La Macaza Institutions. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. Correctional Service Canada (CSC) Health Services requires the services of a licensed physician with a specialty in psychiatry (referred to herein as a psychiatrist) for the below mentioned Institutions in the Quebec Region. Objectives: Provide and actively participate in the coordination of essential mental health services to offenders as a psychiatrist, in the following institutions: Archambault (minimum, medium), CRR, CFF and La Macaza Institutions Deliverables: At the request of the Project Authority, the Contractor must: Provide mental health services to offenders in accordance with the National Essential Health Services Framework. Prepare the relevant documentation for the Quebec Administrative Tribunal or Public Curator Prepare the relevant documentation for those cases requiring an order for treatment against the will of the offender or order of custody in an institution, in accordance with Provincial Legislation..
