Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) and the Ministry of Community Safety (CS) is seeking Submissions for a psychiatrist to provide Psychiatry Services for the Saskatoon Correctional Centre (SCC) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Proponent Information Meeting To understand Submission process, how to do business with government, how procurement works and best practices, it is encouraged that Proponents attend the information session before providing a Submission, using the messaging feature in GEM and request/register by July 6, 2026, with the following information: • the RFP reference number and name in the subject line; • name of representative(s) who will be attending; and • general questions or items the Proponent proposes to ask, if any. All questions and answers from the information session will be posted using the GEM messaging feature(s). Proponent information session meetings are scheduled for July 9, 2026, at 7:30 a.m., July 8, 2026, at Noon, and July 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. GOS reserves the right to cancel the Proponent information session without notice if no Proponents pre-register. Non-Mandatory, Site Visit is scheduled for July 7, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Saskatoon Correctional Center (SCC), located at 910 60th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Proponents who want to attend the site visits are to use the GEM message feature to register for a site visit. GOS reserves the right to cancel the site visit if no Proponent are registered. The deadline to register for the Proponent Information meeting and site visit is July 6, 2026
