Psychological Health Coordinator

The Georgia Army National Guard, through the Office of the State Surgeon, is seeking a qualified 8a Competed contractor to provide comprehensive behavioral health consultation services under solicitation W912JM26QA012, titled Psychological Health Coordinator. The requirement is for the contractor to deliver 24/7/365 access to clinically appropriate intake, assessment, behavioral health screening, and referral services for service members and their families, with the goal of promoting mental fitness, operational readiness, and successful reintegration into civilian life. Services must be performed primarily in Marietta, Georgia, with standard work hours from 0730 to 1630 Monday through Friday, and a requirement to work at least one weekend per month. The contractor must support up to 1,000 consultations annually and attend up to 200 wellness promotion events such as Yellow Ribbon and Coping with Deployment, while also providing Critical Incident Event support. The scope includes both clinical and non-clinical consultations as well as short-term problem resolution limited to three encounters per case. All personnel must comply with stringent identification protocols, including wearing badges with the word “contractor,” marking all correspondence and deliverables as contractor products, and adhering to DoD standards for physical and network access. A Quality Control Plan must be submitted within ten days of award, detailing procedures for quality assurance, medical liability oversight, travel compliance, corrective actions, organizational structure, and key control protocols.
