Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) and the Selection Committee sincerely appreciates the time, care, and effort employed by all respondents to the subject solicitation in the production of their proposals. FSDB has completed the selection process for professional services for the above-named project. It has been our objective to select the most qualified firm to perform this service. The results of the Committee decision rank the firms interviewed as follows: CPH with a score of 60Hammond Design Group with a score of 51 FSDB will now enter into contract discussions and negotiations with CPH. It is noted that if the agency is unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the most qualified firm at a price that the agency determines to be fair, competitive, and reasonable, negotiations with that firm will be terminated, and the agency will undertake negotiations with the second most qualified firm. This procedure will be followed until an agreement is reached. Bid tabulation details will be available for review in the project’s Dropbox folder accessible from the FSDB website. These will be posted in accordance with the time frame stipulated by Florida Statute or the Solicitation Document. Primary Contact: Please submit all questions by e-mail to: Christine Skaggs, Purchasing Analyst, contact@example.gov or Kim Whitwam, Director of Purchasing, contact@example.gov.
