Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the petition of Melvin Ward to rezone 5 acres in Bethel Township located at 62 Quick Road, from I-1 (Light Industrial) to PD-M (Planned Development-Mixed Use) for continued use as an antique store, sandblasting and junkyard; and the future use of a tattoo shop, camper storage, and expanded sandblasting and/or storage facilities.
