The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit and receive formal offers from prospective Proponents for the provision of Wildland Urban Interface (“WUI”) Structure Protection Equipment with applicable personnel and Resources during the wildfire season, typically March to October. The Province intends to enter into an Agreement with multiple Proponents. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the WUI Guidelines (“Guidelines”) as amended from time to time, the Province intends to be supplied with Equipment (including personnel) and Resources over the Term.
