PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee hereinafter referred to as theAgency, invites sealed bids for the above stated Project up to the time of 3:00 p.m., on April 16,2025.DESCRIPTION OF WORKThe contract will be used on an as-needed basis, and in general, involves work related toconcrete repair – including, but not limited to demolition, installation of curb and gutters,sidewalk panels, ADA ramps, driveways, temporary no parking signs, and other associated work.The contract may be extended for one year up to four times.LOCATION OF WORKThe work to be constructed is located throughout the City of Menifee, within public rightsof-way.PROJECT TIMELINEThe contract amount for the first-year term is $70,000. If agreed, the City and Contractor maychoose to extend the contract for one year, up to four (4) times. The contract amount of eachone-year extension will be $70,000. The usages of the services are on an as-needed basis, so ifthe demand is not there, then the services will not be requested. These is no guarantee forwork.It is estimated that this contract will be awarded on May 21, 2025, by the City Council. TheInitial Contract Period shall be effective on May 21, 2025, through June 30, 2026, plus four (4)single-year option renewal periods at the discretion of the City. Bid prices shall remaineffective and in force for the entire Initial Contract Period, including any optional extensionexercised.
