SCC is seeking a Supplier to develop a guide, in the form of a Publicly Available Specification, to aid communities across Canada in conducting coastal project options appraisals. The purpose of the guide is to provide guidance and to outline protocol(s) regarding the appraisal of grey, nature-based, and hybrid approaches to coastal resilience in Canada. The guide will be a step toward standardization of methodologies and tools used to include ecological goods and services in options appraisal, to ultimately support the routine inclusion of ecological goods and services in options appraisal for all Canadian infrastructure projects.
