THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED UNDER EMERGENCY ACQUISITION FLEXIBILITIES AUTHORITY; Synopsis is waived based on urgency (FAR 5.202(a)(2)). All potential offers shall provide newly manufactured spares only. Refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will not be acceptable;Offers for such are ineligible for award. Drawings are not available for this request for quotation. Offerors are advised that offers received from sources which are not government-approved sources of supply will be deemed technically unacceptable, and therefore ineligible for award. Any distributors of approved source(s) MUST submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter, on the source'sletterhead, to the buyer point of contact indicated on the solicitation via email, at time of proposal submittal. Any clauses that do not apply are hereby self deleting. NAVSUP WSS Code N2 has determined that the requirements at DFARS 211.274 whichmandates the use of DFARS clause 252.211-7003 "Item Unique Identification and Valuation" in all solicitations and contracts, be deleted from all non-CLSSAFMS spares requirements processed by NAVSUP WSS and DLA-Aviation. The affected parts are wholly owned by FMS customer countries, Are not covered by a Cooperative Logistics Supply Support Arrangement (CLSSA), These same assets will be delivered to the customer country for their sole use. The IUID definition at DFARS 211.274-1 says IUID "is a system of marking, valuing and tracking items delivered to DoD." These spares are non-CLSSA FMS assets and will never be delivered to DoD. The assets are delivered to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder who is under contract by the FMS customer to ship the assets to the country of record. The FMS customer countries retain ownership of their parts throughout the asset's lifecycle. These parts will never be owned by the U.S. Government, and will never be entered into the DoD supply chain. Based on this, there is no need for these non-CLSSA FMS country assets to be specially marked for tracking by DoD. \

58--RECEIVER-TRANSMITTE - AND OTHER REPLACEMENT PARTS, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
Solicitation # N0038326RDA26
This contract governs the repair, overhaul, and testing of specialized military equipment including centrifugal pump units, dehydration cartridges, master clock assemblies, and radomes, with all work required to restore items to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition as defined by operational reliability standards. The contractor must perform all work at designated facilities using only approved technical drawings and manuals, with strict prohibitions against unauthorized substitutions such as the use of MIL-W-81381 wire, which must be replaced with SAE-AS22759 series wire. All repairs must comply with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C standards where applicable, and the contractor is solely responsible for supplying tools, fixtures, and test equipment unless explicitly designated as Government Furnished Property. The repair timeline is strictly defined by the Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), measured from physical receipt of the asset in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system, and must align with throughput expectations established post-induction. Items determined to be Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, or requiring Over and Above Repair must receive prior written authorization from DCMA and the Procuring Contracting Officer before proceeding, with all such determinations subject to review and approval. The contractor is obligated to implement a certified quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 and SAE AS9100, maintain an acceptable calibration program per ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, and ensure full configuration management adherence per NAVSUP WSS clause NAVICPIA18. Parts and materials must be new unless otherwise approved, and cannibalization is strictly prohibited without explicit authorization from NAVSUP WSS and the BDE. All repaired items must undergo final Government inspection and acceptance, and delivery timelines are bound by the 365-day induction expiration window following contract award. Pricing is fixed based on meeting contractual RTAT and throughput requirements, with potential adjustments only for approved Over and Above Repair efforts; any deviation from approved procedures, sourcing, or facility changes voids entitlement to equitable adjustments. The contractor must also comply with Buy American, security, safeguarding of arms and explosives, and equal opportunity provisions, while all contractual documents are considered issued upon electronic transmission. Contact for all matters is Jillian A. Eder at the Navy’s Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support in Philadelphia.

Area K Lease Lands Tile Drain Pumps
Solicitation # 140R2026Q0097
The Bureau of Reclamation, through its Klamath Basin Area Office, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of supplying original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Goulds pump components necessary for the rebuild of four tile drain pumps located on Area K lease lands. This sources sought notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the government to award a contract; its purpose is to assess industry capability and inform future acquisition decisions. The requirement is strictly for genuine Goulds-branded parts, with no substitutions, aftermarket equivalents, or remanufactured components permitted. The needed items include two each of 10-inch and 12-inch RJHC single-stage bowl assemblies, two each of 10-inch and 12-inch cone strainers, sixteen 1.5-inch by 5-foot oil tubes, sixteen 1.5-inch by 1-inch line shaft bearings, and four 1.5-inch by 1-inch top head shaft bearings. All parts must be accompanied by detailed part numbers, product IDs, and technical data sheets, and must be individually packaged to prevent mechanical damage, deformation, and corrosion during transit, with the contractor bearing full responsibility for replacing any damaged items before government acceptance. Delivery is required to the Klamath Basin Area Office at 6600 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR 97603, within 60 days after receipt of order, and contractors must coordinate delivery with KBAO personnel at least one week in advance. The procurement falls under NAICS code 333914, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Responses must be submitted as a capability statement by June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM PT, to margaret_jones@ios.doi.gov, and must include confirmation of SAM Unique Entity ID, business size and socioeconomic status, demonstrable experience supplying OEM pump components, and evidence of authorized distribution capability for Goulds products. The attached specifications outline technical and packaging standards, and the government will use the submitted information to determine appropriate competition strategies, set-aside opportunities, and whether the brand-name specification remains justified.

17--SHUTTLE ASSEMBLY
Solicitation # SPRPA126RYC85
The contract solicitation is for 52 units of a flight-critical spare part identified by NSN 7R-1720-011581698-VX, with delivery terms FOB origin and no drawings available. Acquisition is restricted to previously approved sources due to proprietary engineering design capability, unique manufacturing or repair knowledge, and technical data not economically available to the government, all essential to maintaining part quality. Only solicited sources with prior government approval may submit offers; unapproved entities must submit comprehensive qualification data per NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochures for spares or repair, including evidence of prior experience with identical or similar items. Proposals lacking required documentation or proof of prior submission will be rejected outright. The approval process for new sources is deemed too time-consuming to allow delays in award, and award may proceed based on fleet support urgency even if source approval cannot be finalized in time. This requirement is fully set aside for small business concerns, with the specific category—HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, economically disadvantaged women-owned, women-owned, or historically black college or minority institution—to be determined and specified in the formal solicitation. The government has determined that commercial item acquisition policies under FAR Part 12 do not apply, though interested parties may propose commercial alternatives within 15 days of notice. Final award is contingent upon the offeror, product, or manufacturer meeting all qualification criteria at the time of award, as required by FAR clause 52.209-1. All technical documents can be obtained through ASSIST-Online or the DODSSP, though patterns, drawings, and deviation lists are not available through those channels. Additional information regarding qualifications may be obtained from the point of contact listed in the solicitation.
