PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Building 12 Pump Power Relocation

This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. All solicitation documents will be available on or about June 24, 2026, online at SAM.gov. The solicitation, when posted, will contain all necessary proposal instructions.
Eligibility and Registration Requirements Proposals will only be requested and accepted from vendors that are verified and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) from the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21.
