The contract is for the procurement of one reciprocating pump with NSN 4320-01-301-4652, issued under solicitation SPE7M1-26-T-184W by the Department of Defense’s Maritime Supply Chain. Delivery is required within 115 days after the date of order, with the item to be shipped FOB origin to the destination at 2083 Normandy Drive, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002, consigned to DLA Distribution’s DDSP New Cumberland Facility. Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, and the contractor must comply with all packaging, marking, and preservation requirements as defined by ASTM D3951, MIL-STD-129, and DLA’s RP001 packaging standards. The pump is classified as a Navy field-level reparable item, mandating configuration control under MIL-STD-973, and one complete manufacturer’s commercial manual covering operation, service, maintenance, repair, and parts lists must be overpacked with the unit. All packaging must include barcoding per MIL-STD-129 and proper hazardous material labeling in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 and applicable federal regulations.
